We walk you through the room and the shared spaces, in person or on a video call, and introduce whoever is home.

Move in
Sign a simple agreement, pay the first week and the bond, and collect your keys. The room is ready and furnished.
A house, not a hostel.
Four to six people per home, each with their own room and their own life. Some are new to the state, some are between leases, some just prefer good company over an empty apartment.
We keep houses quiet after ten, shared areas genuinely shared, and the standard high enough that people stay for years rather than months. That takes a bit of screening on the way in — and a manager who answers the phone once you're there.
